Unfortunately silhouetteboutiques we do not carry sample sizes products.

Can I add to an order I've already placed?
No, once your order has been placed we cannot add-on or modify it so please review your order carefully before checking out.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping charges are determined by weight and destination. Please note that shipping charges are estimated at time of checkout.
My package is lost, what should I do?
Once orders have left the Silhouette Boutiques warehouse, the package is in the care of the postal handler. At this point,Silhouette Boutiques is not responsible for refunds or replacements. Customer is required to submit a claim directly with courier and follow their guidelines. USPS, Fedex AND UPS recommend waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. After 14 days, please call the customer service team of the courier.

My mail was returned, What is the next step?
Whenever a package get return to the warehouse, a reshipping invoice will be sent to the customer in order for a new package to be sent out. If you decline to pay the reshipping fee a store credit for the cost of the goods may also be process.
Can I return items I don’t want?
No. Please Order Carefully as once your order is placed, it cannot be amended. All sales are final. Refer to our return policy.
My order arrived broken/damage what should I do?
If you receive a damage package kindly follow the steps below:
Please send our support team a clear picture of:1-The order that you received showing the damage.
2- The order number provided at the time of the purchase.
3- Allow 48-72 hours for our team to investigate the issue for you
Ps. damage claim must be reported within 72 hours from the delivery time. After 72 hours we reserve the right to reject the claim. Also be advise that we cannot be held responsible for packages that are damaged when being shipping to hotel addresses or freight forwarding companies.
I receive a bill for Customs, Duties & Taxes what should I do?
Customers are are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. We do not have control over what they decide to bill you for customs and duties. Please know by law we must disclose the true value of the cost of item. They bill you based on the value of the product at checkout.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes, but you must choose USPS as your shipping company.
Do you offer FREE shipping?
Yes, we offer free Standard delivery for orders over $50. FREE Standard shipping is only available in the contiguous States in the United States.
