Refund Policy


we are unable to accept returns of our products due to sanitation regulations.

Additional non-returnable items:
Our Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are process only for package returned due to an incorrect address. Keep in mind that  refund will be for cost of goods minus the cost of return shipping.

 We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  You may contact us within 3 days of receipt for assistance.

cannot be held responsible for any damaged or lost products transferred by freight forwarding companies or hotels. We will not replace broken or missing items. Kindly inquire about your lost package with your freight forwarding company or hotel.

Order Cancellation
We are unable to cancel an order after it has been placed because we process orders immediately after it has been placed. We always encourage customers to please be sure of their ordering decision before an order is placed.

Unfortunately wee are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Therefore they will not be refunded or replace.

Please consider using Priority or Fedex Ground at Checkout. Uncertainties occur in transit and these shipping options provide good insurance to cover your goods.
