APPLY MOISTURIZER  EVERY DAY

WEAR  SUNSCREEN

Every time you are stepping outside you should wear sunscreen, preferably one with an SPF of 15 or higher every day as per packaging instructions. Please note that sunscreen should be reapply every two hour for the minimum.

Focus on green vegetables as they are full of antioxidant which helps to fight free-radicals and increases our skins natural protection from UV sun damage. Furthermore it helps with skin hydration and elasticity both keys to a fuller, younger skin.

BE GENTLE  TO YOUR SKIN DURING YOUR BEAUTY ROUTINE.

Remember that your skin is an organ, just like your heart, kidneys therefore when expose to harsh chemical, harsh scrubs or  hard pull it will weaken. Other side effects are inflammation, dry, tight, flaky leading to more break outs and premature aging. Therefore Use gentle, non toxic products in your skin care regimen as well as avoid Using a lot of force to put on your makeup.

STAY HYDRATED THROUGHOUT THE DAY BY DRINKING WATER.

Drinking enough water during the day will help your body get hydrated through the blood. The skin will not only get hydrated it will also help to  flushed out the impurities and toxins get  at the cellular level leaving the skin smooth and clean. According to health experts we should consume about 3.7 liters of water for men and 2.7 liters for women. 

PS: Drinking excessive amounts of water can also be harmful to the body. Too much fluid will dilute the amount of sodium in the bloodstream, leading to abnormally low levels. This is call overhydration and it can leads to the body containing to much fluid than your kidneys can process. Thus can lead to hyponatremia which can be fatal.

ALWAYS REMOVE YOUR MAKEUP BEFORE BED.

The danger in sleeping with your makeup is that it  can mix with the dirt and oil that has built up on the surface of your skin during the day, which can lead to clogged pores. Clogged pores can leads to  breakouts and blackheads. Therefore it is important to remove your makeup before bed, also you need a clean canvas to apply you nightly moisturizer.
